	2008	Resolve FM's Facility Service Centre is rebranded as “The Norfolk Hub”.
Resolve FM launches Finestra, our computerised amintenance management system. This innovation provides clients with real time access to a myriad of information.	2007
Resolve FM achieves triple certification in OH&S (AS/NZ:4801), Environmental (IOS:14001) and Quality (ISO 9001). Resolve FM also complies with the International Standards for OH&S    (OHSAS18001).	2006	Resolve FM is awarded contracts in the Industrial, Government and Defence markets and we re-secure a number of existing contracts.
Resolve FM is awarded its first contract in New Zealand.	2005
	2004	Australia's oldest facilities management is acquired by Glenn Wallace and a private equity fund managed by JBWere (NZ) Private Equity, to become a member of Norfolk Group Holdings Pty Ltd.
Resolve FM is named Supplier of the Year, in the environmental category for GM Holden Supplier Awards.	2002
Resolve FM develops a Preventative Maintenance module for their Facilities Management software.
	2001	Tyco’s acquisition of Resolve Engineering and the subsequent merger with Haden FM creates an opportunity to unify the Facilities Management division under a single brand Resolve FM.
Tyco acquires Haden FM to lift its profile as a leading player in the Australian marketplace in delivering facilities maintenance and management solutions. Property Council of Australia award for energy efficiency at Australia Post won by Haden FM   Egan Bros Building Services acquired by Haden FM. Egan Bros specialises in building maintenance services and was awarded its first contract with the Department of Human Services in Victoria in 1983.	1999	Tyco also acquires RelCorp, a Canberra based company supplying office support services with a focus on human resources and accounting functions to complement the Resolve FM business. RelCorp primarily provides services to Federal and ACT State Government in the areas of payroll processing, accounts receivable functions and the provision of stationery and office supplies. Resolve FM is first certified by BVQI to ISO 9001
	1996	Resolve Engineering introduces the PRONTO customised software into the business, which provides customers with a number of Facilities Management modules.
Resolve Engineering establishes the Property Service Centre, a 24/7 Help Desk to provide cutting-edge technology and access for our customers.	1991
	1969	Haden FM enters the Australian market through the acquisition of Carrier Air Conditioning.
AMP launches Resolve Engineering as a specialist in-house facilities maintenance unit.	1962	Haden FM Sydney Opera House contract commences.
